About Us
Who are we?
CUMIG, the Concerned UM Indian Graduates fraternity, was founded in 2002 by University of Malaya graduates dedicated to uplifting the Indian Malaysian community. Aiming to be a catalyst for growth, CUMIG focuses on improving socio- economic standards through education access, reducing education debt, and fostering career opportunities. Although it was started by UM graduates, CUMIG eventually spread its wings and formed alliances with graduates from various public universities, broadening its reach and impact. Over the years, it has forged strategic partnerships with government agencies, educational institutions, industrial experts, and community groups to amplify its influence. Today, CUMIG continues to empower individuals to achieve success and drive lasting economic and social advancement
